REQUEST A PROPOSAL
Changing Strata Companies may seem like and difficult and daunting task and job however it doesn’t need to be. Outlined below is our 3 step process that we will guide and be by your side during the entire process. We almost do it all for you except the vote!
STEP 1
Contact us either by a website request, a personal email or even a direct phone call which is unheard of these days, however, yes please call us on 0414 785 337. We are happy to listen to your current issues to learn and understand what you are looking for moving forward. We will also ask pertinent questions to further explore in the ins and outs of your strata scheme to broaden our understanding of the day-to-day movements and requirements from our perspective.
STEP 2
If you like our conversation, we will ask to set up an onsite meeting with yourself and the current executive committee team as well as any other owners or advisers in your strata scheme. We will ask to be shown around your scheme to get more of an understanding of the schemes day to day running requirements and familiarise ourselves with any issues or future concerns. It also gives both the owners and us time to work out if we are a good fit for each other moving forward as strata is time consuming and a very personalised service.
STEP 3
Should our meeting go well, and we all feel comfortable that we can work together we will provide a proposal to the executive committee stating what is included and excluded according to our fees and charges. we will outline the process in changing strata companies, and should you agree, we will provide documentation to run the appropriate meeting to vote us in as your new strata company. The change over from here will be taken care of by us and you will not have to be involved as we will contact your old manager and gather all the relevant books and records. We will also arrange bank accounts and paperwork to transfer funds. We aim to streamline this process with minimal steps for your ease.
