OUR STRATA MANAGEMENT SERVICES

We look after all facets of strata in relation to our needs included but not limited to, arranging property maintenance, conducting meetings, maintaining books and records in accordance with the current legislation, handling the schemes insurance policy and any enquiries you may have.

REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE

  • Send out quote requests.
  • Arrange quotations for works required.
  • Communicate with chosen contractors.
  • Ensure the contractor is licensed and holds the appropriate insurances using the EBIX trades monitoring system.
  • Execute contracts for work.
  • Check the work has been completed satisfactorily and gather the appropriate documentation.

Strata Accountant

Matthew is our dedicated strata accountant overseeing all accounting facets in each individual strata scheme and our RPM. He has many years of experience and is a valuable member of the team. This is a key role to ensure compliance within your strata scheme. The entire accounts department quite often flies under the radar as they are not in the day to day business cycle however without them we could not perform the whole strata service.
